Our histology team, serving Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, has extensive experience in dissecting, processing, and staining skin specimens. This specialized expertise allows us to provide exceptional care and attention to the unique anatomic features of each skin specimen. Our histologists work closely with our dermatopathologists every day to ensure the highest level of precision and accuracy for our patients throughout the region.

Christine Johnson

Histology Manager

Christine joined Rabkin Dermatopathology Laboratory in 1998 as a Medical Secretary. In 2001 Christine transferred to the Histology Department, and after an apprenticeship there, she happily took on responsibilities as a Histology Assistant and currently as the Histology Manager. Christine is working towards Certification with the ASCP.
