Mail & Fax

Reports are available by mail and/or fax for physicians that prefer hard copies, either separately or in combination with online reporting (EMR). We also automatically fax all melanoma diagnoses immediately when those reports are completed and follow-up with a call to the referring physician’s office to ensure that the fax was received and appropriately noted by their office.

Glass slides can be shipped to the referring or treating physician upon request.
